2 cups (10 oz) all-purpose flour
1 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tablespoon salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (4 oz) confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp plain whole yogurt/sourcream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Cream butter & sugar.
Add yogurt & vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients.
Refrigerate wrapped dough for at least 4 hours. Portion. Decorate with cashew (half).
Bake @ 350 F× 13-15 min
