5 large eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 3/4 cups cake flour
3/4 cup almond flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
1. In a large bowl, combine eggs & sugar. Whisk until pale yellow with handheld whisk or electric mixer.
2. Add oil and extracts.
3. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
4. Slowly add dry ingredients, alternating with milk to egg mixture.
5. Pour to greased Bundt pan.
6. Bake at 325F 45-50 min
